Me and 6 lads had the pleasure of a private tour with Joseph. We went to Cork and Blarney from Dublin. Josephs storytelling and Tales of Legends was amazing. Joseph has an incredible ability to make the tour intimate, and full of Joy. I send my warmest recommendations to you who want a tour you wish would go on for ever. Cheers Joseph

This is the best tour, we as a group, has ever had! (And some of us travel damn much!) Joesph is such a nice man and knows everything!! The things we saw was very special, interesting and the stories we heard on the road was amazing!
We would definitely recommend.
Best tour guide ever. It is as simple as that.

Myself and my family just had a private tour of Northern Ireland with Joseph as our tour guide. The experience was amazing! We got to visit so many attractions including Giants Causeway, Carrick-de-rede rope bridge, Bushmills distillery, and dark hedges. Our tour guide Joseph was extremely knowledgeable, a great singer, and overall a great guy. We could not have asked for a better experience to explore all of Northern Ireland in just one day.

We arrived in Belfast on the Viking Sun, as a stop on our British Isles Cruise, and had previously make arrangements with Joseph Patrick Mulligan……aka “The Singing Irishman” for a private tour. He was a beautiful man and a wonderfully energetic, knowledgeable & chatty tour guide! He knew the area wonderfully well and had stories and fables to entertain you! We plan to return to Belfast for the phenomenal beauty of the country side (not so much the city) and we will surely find this bloke again!

Having been fortunate to have had a tour with Joey #happyirishtours I knew when I booked my family and extended family 🇨🇦 to travel for an Irish family reunion, there were no questions or research needed when booking our tours. Joey #happyirishtours was the only one that I knew could guarantee not only the history in all its forms of the stops along our way; but his knowledge of the history of places, monuments, fields whether be about turf or bogs, farms, folklore (if you really think it’s “only” folklore) sports of Ireland and so much more!! His humor and entertainment and engaging mannerisms absolutely made our tours far more interesting and a whole lot of fun!! I have been on other tours and can speak honestly. We did our two tours with Joey at #happyirishtours, although someone else did book us a tour on a coach-style bus for a third tour, as we had extra people join us that day which exceeded his 16 seats. Now although the guide for this tour and the ones I’ve experienced in the past are friendly and speak of the history there is something missing… it’s the passion that you get from Joey #happyirishtours, the enchantment, humor, song, “passion” for Ireland when he speaks of stories long ago or kings and castles and the magic of Ireland. So, having said that, my family were all very disappointed in our last tour (on a coach, with someone else) and although we saw great things and did get some history, the passion was not there and they played music some of us didn’t care for and although they played some Irish artists at times, it wasn’t traditional Irish music. It’s like going from a 5-star hotel to a 3-star…#Expectations, that’s what you’ll get with #happyirishtours. Joey taught us traditional Irish songs – had us all singing, even those who never would … he taught us a lot, and he made us feel the love for Ireland that he clearly has. Now that’s passion! That’s what you want if you’re paying for a tour – that’s an excellent tour guide. You will get far more for your money from #happyirishtours

Thank you Joey for such amazing days – you are a huge part of creating and being part of some incredible memories that my family will forever cherish! 🤗💚
